We anticipate inventory arriving at the Smocked Peacock wearhouse end of July. Once received, we will promptly begin packaging and shipping to you. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimation. Because production and transit times can fluctuate, we cannot promise delivery by an exact date. Completing your purchase serves as your agreement to this expected timeline.

We ship entire orders in a single package to keep things streamlined, meaning your package will be held until the pre-order inventory arrives. If you need your ready-to-ship items immediately, please purchase them in a completely separate transaction.

Yes, it is entirely normal. Because our garments are carefully sewn by hand, you may notice minor variations in details like lettering. These tiny differences are what make your pieces genuinely one-of-a-kind.

Can I cancel my pre-order or change the size after checking out?

No, all pre-order sales are final. We are unable to cancel orders or modify sizes once your payment is processed, so please review your cart thoroughly before checking out.

When will my credit card be charged for a pre-order?

You will be charged in full at the time you place your order. This secures your item and allows us to begin production.

What if I move or need to change my shipping address before my pre-order ships?

Because pre-orders can take several weeks or months to arrive, we understand you might move! If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at support@smockedpeacock.com with your pre-order Id as soon as possible. We can update your address as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
